"This is a hidden gem in Aurora during the summer. You get great customer service, ample parking, and generous portions of the sundaes. Staff was very kind when serving us. We got the strawberry shortcake and nutty sundae. Excellent quality ice cream, fresh ingredients, and the prices are cheap. They also give you a free slushie with every purchase. I got a mixed flavor. They’re closed for winter but please visit them when it’s warm out. Worth a visit over the bigger companies."

"This roadside stop was absolutely amazing from start to finish. We stopped here after visiting the zoo. We got gyros and fries, slushies and of course ice cream a perfect end to the beautiful warm day. All of the food was delicious, and the perfect temperature. They even kept my ice cream in the freezer for me so it wouldn't melt while we ate. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. I feel like the prices are very fair especially for what you get. We will definitely return when given the chance to."

"Most wholesome business there is. It's family owned and run, the food is great and the whole family is very sweet and brings the community closer together with their wholesomeness. I'm a repeat customer who regularly goes there with my spouse. We recently got a little addition to the family and the owner gave him a little treat. I can't recommend them enough."

"Best Ice Cream in Aurora, IL! I’ve been coming to this ice cream shop for 32yrs — my very first visit was when I was just 5 years old — and it’s still the best ice cream place I’ve ever been to! The owner and staff are always amazing, friendly, and make you feel right at home every time. If you haven’t tried their banana split in a cup with all the works, you are seriously missing out — it’s my all-time favorite! The quality of their ice cream is absolutely top tier, and it’s clear they put a lot of love into what they do. This place is a true Aurora gem — consistent, delicious, and full of great memories. Highly recommend!"

"The best in town. Been coming to this ice cream for over 20 years. The owner Jeff is the kindest most funny guy ever. He has the greatest memory of all time and knows my name each and every time i come. The food is wonderful. The ice cream is wonderful. He and his workers give you a great impression every single time you go just makes you have to return. If you have never been To Deri Delite you just dont know what your missing out on!!! "It is literally impossible to not give these guys 5 stars. Incredibly friendly folks. I got hot food and cold food and both of those came out in a very reasonable and quick manner. The staff were handing out free small treats here and there; I got a slushie while waiting for a few minutes. The vibes are great and chill, my double cheeseburger was fresh, very big for the cost and tasty, my cheese fries were mountainous. And my hot fudge sundae was huge! I'll be coming back for sure!"

"This is a fantastic local spot for ice cream and late-night treats! The guys who work here are super chill and will always offer a FREE slushie with your order (avoid the lime flavor and get cherry or coconut instead). A chocolate & vanilla swirl cone is a classic choice, but they also have nachos, fries, and other savory items. Strawberry shortcake isn't the best, however. We love Deri Delite and will definitely recommend to friends!"
